Bonnie Brae

Any person 18 years or more of age, who is a resident of the Community or who is a non-resident that owns at least 50% of a residential property which is within the Community, is eligible for membership in the Bonnie Brae Civic Association.  With membership, come these benefits:

- delivery of our annual community newsletter to your door by your block captain, announcing upcoming events and sharing topics of community interest.

- a directory that is updated every 2 years and contains your Bonnie Brae neighbors' names and phone numbers, the BBCA's Bylaws and Standards and Guides, and street maps of the east and west sides of our neighborhood.

- the supplies that allow the BBCA to fund many annual neighborhood activities: yard sale,  Bridge club, Valentine’s party, Progressive dinner, car show, National Night Out, Newcomer welcome party, and Halloween party, annual General meeting, holiday light contest.   Additionally, the BBCA maintains the Bonnie Brae signs and supports the Neighborhood Watch program.

Eligible persons become members of and retain membership in the Association upon payment of their annual dues in the amount of $20.00.
